Associate real estate broker Sue Puleo will oversee Hamilton and Leesburg locations

WASHINGTON— Prudential PenFed Realty announced today it has promoted associate real estate broker Sue Puleo as manager to oversee its Hamilton and Leesburg offices in Virginia. Agents for Prudential PenFed Realty note that Loudoun County’s unemployment rate is at a remarkably low 4.2 percent, while its per capita income is one of the highest in the country, making it a prime area for real estate investment. The county’s inventory of active listings is also significantly lower than last year meaning some properties have competing offers, which Puleo says she hasn’t seen in a while. Meantime, the median sold price for all types of residential properties in Loudoun County is up 6.4 percent over last July.
