Prudential PenFed Realty Promotes Broker to Manage Loudoun County Offices
Associate real estate broker Sue Puleo will oversee Hamilton and Leesburg locations
WASHINGTON— Prudential PenFed Realty announced today it has promoted associate real estate broker Sue Puleo as manager to oversee its Hamilton and Leesburg offices in Virginia. Puleo, who has an excellent reputation in the industry, will be responsible for growing both offices and building the Prudential PenFed Realty brand throughout the area.
“Sue Puleo truly understands Loudoun County,” says Kevin Wiles, president of Prudential PenFed Realty. “Her expertise and long history in the area make her the perfect fit to oversee our efforts and expansion there.”
Agents for Prudential PenFed Realty note that Loudoun County’s unemployment rate is at a remarkably low 4.2 percent, while its per capita income is one of the highest in the country, making it a prime area for real estate investment. The county’s inventory of active listings is also significantly lower than last year meaning some properties have competing offers, which Puleo says she hasn’t seen in a while. Meantime, the median sold price for all types of residential properties in Loudoun County is up 6.4 percent over last July.
“I am thrilled to be working with our Leesburg and Hamilton offices,” said Puleo who has been with Prudential PenFed Realty for over six years and served as board chairman for the Dulles Area Association of Realtors in 2011. “We have a great group of highly dedicated professionals in both locations who know the market well and go above and beyond for their customers.”
Prudential PenFed Realty operates throughout the greater Washington area in 25 counties, so its agents are familiar with the overall state of the real estate market. The Realty group brings a credit union member service model to the real estate industry with experts in military and government relocation services who handle moves seamlessly.
“Prudential PenFed Realty is committed to serving Loudoun County with knowledgeable agents who understand the local market,” added Wiles. “Sue Puleo is just the right person for managing our team there and growing the company so we can provide quality service to even more people looking to buy or sell a home in the county.”
